This album is a return to simpler, more accessible sounds. "Meaning Up North" is the tale of an idea, the one that at least a few people reading this had at some point in their life. This idea is to just move out in the northern woods, get a cozy house and live a simpler life, closer to nature and far away from a burning and hopeless civilisation. We spend our entire lives craving some sort of meaning... what if there was meaning up north?
